About Me
My name is Esther Fatima Sama Buabeng.
I am a registered OFSTED childminder based in SE16.
I live near a wide range of child-friendly amenities, including Bermondsey and Rotherhithe Children and Family Centres, Time and Talents, the Salmon Centre, Rotherhithe Primary School, Southwark Park, playgrounds, libraries, and Surrey Docks Farm.
You can easily reach us—our home is just a minute’s walk from Surrey Quays and Canada Water train stations.
As a married mother of four, I understand the importance of meeting individual needs, multitasking effectively, and staying fully attentive to children’s development.
Qualifications
I hold a Level 4 CACHE qualification and a degree in Education and Child Development. I’m fully certified in safeguarding, First Aid, and more.
Each day, I provide a balanced mix of adult-led and child-led activities that support the
seven areas of learning:
Communication and language Physical development Personal, social, and emotional dev Literacy Mathematics Understanding the world Expressive arts and designWe serve healthy, balanced meals to ensure children receive the essential nutrients they need to grow and thrive. Being active and eating well enhances their physical health and learning potential.
Experience
Before becoming a childminder, I worked in childcare for over 15 years.
I held room leader positions in baby rooms, toddler areas, and preschool settings.
I bring both practical experience and extensive training in childcare to my work, and I continuously build on my qualifications to deliver the best care possible.
Daily Communication
Every child has a daily diary where we record activities, meals, sleep patterns, and preferences.
I also use WhatsApp to share photos of your child’s activities and outings, so you feel involved and up to date.

Tax-Free Childcare: 15 hours / 30 hours / Emergency hours

Open from Mon to Fri (7.30 am – 6 pm)
Closed on Bank holiday.
